The INKiESS app helps with the cash-up: coin holdings are counted automatically and documented with a photo, date, time and a breakdown of the coin holdings.
Yes, new users receive 15 free scans to start with, so they can get to know the app’s features.
You can order directly from us or through numerous mail-order sales partners. Make sure to buy only original INKiESS inserts and cassettes – the INKiESS app is optimised for these only.
The app offers a monthly and an annual subscription. The annual subscription runs for 12 months, the monthly one for 30 days.
Subscriptions can be taken out directly in the app. Payment is processed securely and reliably through Apple’s App Store or Google’s Play Store.
Monthly subscriptions run for 30 days and renew automatically unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current term. The annual term runs for 12 months and likewise renews automatically for a further 12 months unless the subscription is cancelled 24 hours before it ends.
You can cancel your subscription directly in the app under “My INKiESS” in the Customer Center.
After cancelling, you keep access to the subscription features until the end of the month or 12-month period you have already paid for. After that, no new scans are possible. Please note: every scan is stored in the archive for 72 hours and is then deleted automatically – a scan is a snapshot of your till at that moment.
Payment is made through the respective app store and charged to the payment method stored in your App Store or Play Store account.
If you have problems with a purchase, you can contact the support team of the respective app store or reach out directly to INKiESS customer support. Please use the Customer Center in the app for this.
Refunds are at the discretion of the respective app store. Please check the refund policies of the app store where you took out your subscription.
